Community & Council prioritizes meaningful, personal relationships in every part of the real estate process, in both buying and selling homes. Ryan Graham, the founder, built the firm on the core principles of nurturing the community, that he serves and lives among, through the sincere sharing of information, expertise, and energy. In this refresh of the existing branding, I developed a new logo, mark, and reimagined updates of assets.
The logo uses a serif typeface for a feeling of trust. To reflect C&C’s friendly spirit, an italic style was chosen. The serifs were adjusted to aid with legibility in the repeating letters, while the “y” and “&” were modified to be more complementary of the other letter forms.
