Through the Songs For Kids Foundation, kids battling serious illness are given opportunities to be creative and to express themselves with music. From bedside concerts to writing programs, Songs For Kids uses music to help patients heal in hospitals all over the US.
This piece, based on an image of a girl that they’ve played alongside, was created in Songs For Kids’ new space in the heart of Atlanta, where they teach kids how to create, record, and perform music.
